Set an appointment for drop off for two new tires as well as some checks on my car tires were done super fast and after they checked my car out they were very helpful with information will definitely be back in the future

Had fairly new front brake caliper go out while in Austin, Tx. 260 miles from my home. Got my truck to Big Brand on Saturday afternoon. They got me back on the road by Sunday at noon. Did a good job, very courteous and explained what they did. Gave me the old burned brake part to take to my service shop here in Paestine,Tx. Would recommend them for work in Austin. TX

In 40 years of driving, this is the BEST tire shop I've ever transacted with! They had extreme knowledge about everything tires/alignment related and were able to explain it in an easy-to-digest yet articulate informed and friendly manner. Shout out to both Krista and Kathryn who were the friendliest pros with which I've ever discussed tires, and also their alignment specialist who explained everything. They worked with me on prices (matching an unused credit from another shops), explained everything about new & used tires, and even aligned it according to the exact specs I was seeking !
