We were a couple hours from home, we had a couple of tires that were about to blow out, they took care of us, everyone was kind, great customer service, put new tires on our truck, and used our names as if we were on a 1st name basis! My husband and I really appreciated the excellent experience and quick service we received.

The employees were friendly and professional, the service was fast, and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be back here for alignment in the future.

The folks at Big Brand Tires and Service are good, very good. I had a blowout and after checking the other tires, I was shown that I wasn’t far from another similar experience. I was also alerted to a leaking rear seal that could have caused a very expensive repair down the road. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and get the job done right at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Big Brand Tires here in Henderson and the other stores that helped when we had a collision in Houston.

s the place to go for your automotive needs. Upon my arrival the place was packed with customers. All I needed was a balance and tire rotation. The staff was so fast and efficient that by the time I sat down 5 minutes later the job was completed. Great staff, very customer oriented.
