I brought in my car to have two tires replaced, and they had to order my tires which I thought it would’ve been done the next day but no, they had it done the day of and I’m really grateful they got it done the day I brought it in🥺

A trustworthy, knowledgeable team that always takes great care of my truck. I’ve been bringing my pickup here since I bought it, and they’ve handled everything from new wheels and tires to oil changes and tire rotations. I appreciate their expertise, honest service, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing I can trust their work. I also appreciate that my steering wheel and interior are always returned clean and never left greasy after service. The text message updates and phone calls when needed are another reason I continue to come back. Highly recommend!

Kami was a literal dream! I have custom wheels- and a 9 month old. They picked my truck up and dropped it off for me so I didn’t have to wait to 2-3 hours in the lobby with a baby. I also watched them handle a lobby full of 10-15 people very professionally and courteously. Would 10/10 recommend!

Have been a customer of the previous owner (Downey Tires) for about 20 years and was thrilled to know the Downey Tire staff would be staying on through the transition to Big Brand Tire & Service.
