Frank was able to order brake parts and complete repairs much sooner than expected. Shop mounted my tires replaced TPMS and put me back on the road. Extremely happy with Big Brand Tire.

Purchased trailer tires. Didn’t try to up sale me. Made sure the tires had a new manufacturer date on them. I even heard Juan on the phone with a customer trying to save them money. Good honest service at this place. Highly recommend them!

I want to say that I am very impressed with the service manager, Frank Ramirez at Big Brand Tire service. Frank and his team took excellent care of our RV and put six tires on in record time. He gave us a great deal on the price &!excellent service. He went above and beyond doing a great job. It’s hard to find someone that will go the extra mild these days.I highly recommend anyone needing tires should work with him.
