My experience with Big Brand Tires was exceptional. We came by a few days ago to request installation of tires that we bought online. I was quoted an installation price by a counter rep. We purchased the tires, but while on our way one of the my old tires went flat so we had to remove a tire to bring it Big Brand, Cross Roads, Tx before we could get the car there to install the others. They kindly agreed to mount and balance that one tire so we could get our car back to them to complete the job., By that time they were so busy we had to leave the car until the the next day. Our Representatives was Jordan was so apologetic, kind and professional, so much so that with the permission of his manager, he gave us a reduced charge for our inconvenience. We were so impressed. I think we’ve found our Tire Shop! Thank you Jordan and the Big Brand staff. Kenneth Stringfellow.

Two times visiting crossroads site and have not been disappointed at all. Great service, fast and reliable. Love that they offer free complementary services (tire rotation, flat tire repair, inspection check). Would definitely recommend to anyone 5 star+.

This was my 2nd time visiting Big Brand. A neighbor told me about them. First time was for vehicle inspection and this time was for an oil change. I was completely satisfied with both visits. Sonny was informative first and foremost and professional. They do seem busy so probably should get there early or set an appointment I appreciate them informing customers giving me a time frame of when they can take your vehicle in. I had another business accepted my vehicle and kept it for 2 full days and wanted to go into a 3rd day. Thanks Sonny and BB.
