Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Concord, CA 94520

Fair prices, great service. Skilled alignment

Great friendly service! Very reasonable price!

I owned a Body Shop for 20 years. very familiar with good bad and marginal customer service as well as value for the price JIM at big brands is an expert at customer service. If there was a PhD course in Customer Service, JIM should be the professor teaching it. I’ve been working with JIM for a number of years ,several vehicles ,he continually under commits and over produces. If I hadn’t sold my Body Shop, I would try to steal him as a manager! Every employee I’ve dealt with which has been many over the years has been extremely friendly willing to help and has a great attitude. Just like JIM.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Big Brand Tire! The team did a great job checking everything on my vehicle and making sure everything was taken care of👏The prices were affordable, and the service was excellent👍Special thanks to Sunny for being super nice, friendly, and providing outstanding customer service👍👍He made the whole experience even better👏Highly recommend Big Brand Tire if you’re looking for honest service, affordable prices, and a friendly team.I’ll definitely come back! 🚗👍 Best place in town

I got a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon after church! I called Big Brands and spoke with Sunny. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to check my tires and repair the one with a nail. I am going back to get my tires replaced and since they provide the same service as the big tire center brands, I will support them 💯!

This was my first time at Big Brand Tires & Service. I needed to bring in my truck for a tire repair. I made an appointment online, which was super simple. Jim was the person that helped me once I arrived. It was pretty busy and phone was constantly ringing. Jim was taking care of everything as quickly and calmly as possible. Once it was my turn he told me it would take a couple hours to do the repair. He explained that he was under staffed today and it normally wouldn't take this long. I understood and came back a couple hours later. When I got back he recognized me and told me it will be ready in a few more minutes, which was fine with me. I waited for about 10 more minutes and Jim called me up and told me it was ready. He again apologized for the wait and gave me me the key card to my vehicle. They not only fixed the damaged tire. They also rotated and added air to the other tires as well. I was definitely pleased with their service and will be a customer again in the future!

Brought my volvo in for an inspection and tire rotation. They were SO efficient, kind, thorough and there was none of the typical pushy, upselling you experience at so many other shops, which I appreciate so much. I will be back and will definitely make this place my go-to shop. Thank you so much guys! P.S. TIP YOUR MECHANICS!

Love this place, Sonny and Jim are amazing!

Jim was a pleasure doing business with.
